- Job Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating BRDs and user stories based on business requirements: You will be responsible for translating business requirements into comprehensive and well-structured BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories that guide the development process.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff: As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and support junior staff members, ensuring their growth and development.
- Evaluating business processes and uncovering areas for improvement: You will analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Staying updated on the latest processes and IT advancements: To enhance the bank’s systems, you will stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and process automation opportunities.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management: You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of your ideas and plans.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff: You will liaise with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff to gather requirements, gather feedback, and ensure seamless implementation of projects.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings: You will organize and lead meetings and presentations to discuss your findings, share insights, and propose solutions to management and stakeholders.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts: It is crucial to maintain proper documentation of your work, including reports, progress updates, and project outcomes.
