Qualification
- Junior Stenographer (District Offices): Must have passed HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with ITI (Stenographer) with Computer knowledge.
- Junior Stenographer, EIC(Electricity): Candidates must have passed +2 Arts/Science/Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge in computer application. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia.
- Junior Stenographer, Commissioner of Endowment: Candidates must have passed +2 Arts/Science/Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge in computer application. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia.
- Junior Stenographer (Field Offices): Candidates must have passed -2 Arts/Science/Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge in computer application Minimum speed of 80
