- Project Superintendent : Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical Engg/ Marine Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electronics Engg/ Civil Engg/ Naval Architecture
- Deputy General Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical Engg/ Marine Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electronics Engg/ Civil Engg/ Naval Architecture
- Senior Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical Engg/ Marine Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electronics Engg/ Civil Engg/ Naval Architecture
- Manager: MBBS degree from any University recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI)

Salary Details
- Project Superintendent : Rs. 120000- 280000/- Per Month
- Deputy General Manager: RS. 80000- 220000/- Per Month
- Senior Manager: RS. 70000- 200000/- Per Month
- Manager: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 50,000- 1,60,000/- Per Month
