Qualification
- Audiologist: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology / BSc (Speech & Hearing) from RCI-recognised Institute
- Counsellor: Bachelor Degree in Social Science or Degree/Diploma in Counselling in Health Education/in Mass
- Psychiatric Nurse -NMHP: BSc in Psychiatric Nursing/MSc in Psychiatric Nursing/DPN
- Cook and Caretaker: HS passed and good command in local language. Must know all types of cooking. Residence within 5km from NRC is mandatory.
- Opthalmic Assistant: Passed Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Must have 2(Two) year diploma in Paramedical Opthalmic Assistants Course OR a two-year diploma course in Optometry & Ophthalmic technique recognised by the Govt of West Bengal.
Salary Details
- Audiologist: Rs. 25000/- Per Month
- Counsellor: Rs. 20000/- Per Month
- Psychiatric Nurse -NMHP: Rs. 28000/- Per Month
- Cook and Caretaker: Rs. 8000/- Per Month
- Ophthalmic Assistant: Rs. 18000/- Per Month

- Audiologist: 22-40 years
- Counsellor: 40 years
- Psychiatric Nurse -NMHP: 40 years
- Cook and Caretaker: 20-40 years
- Ophthalmic Assistant: 18-40 years
